The validation of process & equipment at industrial scale is our best guarantee.

Our partnership policy enables us to select the most suitable micronizer to clients specifications. Most of the time, we have the opportunity to validate these tests in our plant :

At first, a feasability test (50 - 100 kg) orientates our choice of a technology to be used to micronize the product. Further tests on larger quantities (500 - 5000 kg) may then be required in order :
- to check out specific data : rate of output, actual power consumption, cost of maintenance, consumption of Liquid Nitrogen if used.

- to get a production volume that will be representative enough for approval procedures : our specific offer will follow the results obtained during previous tests.
